Gift cards are digital and delivered by email — usually within a few minutes of your order being confirmed. The email includes the card value, your personal message, a unique redemption code and simple instructions. To gift it in person, have the card sent to yourself instead.

Gift cards themselves are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash. However, products bought using a gift card are covered by our standard returns policy — eligible refunds are credited back to the gift card balance.
