1. Use the link in your shipping email
The moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we email you a shipping confirmation with a live tracking link. Tap it to follow your parcel from our bench to your back seat — no login needed.

2. View live status in your account
Prefer everything in one place? Log in to your account to see your current and past orders, their latest status, and the tracking link once your order ships.

Every Bubbasafe order moves through the same four simple stages. Here’s what each one means.
The four stages
- Ordered — we’ve received your order and payment, and sent a confirmation email so you have it on record.
- Packed — your Baby View is picked, checked and carefully boxed at our warehouse, ready for the courier.
- Dispatched — your parcel is on the move with standard or express shipping, and a tracking link lands in your inbox so you can watch it travel.
- Delivered — safely at your door.
