- Manufacturer Warranty: Bubbasafe products include a 6-month manufacturer's warranty, covering faults that arise from normal use during the warranty period.
- What's covered: If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
- Assessment Process: All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine the most appropriate resolution.
Validation Requirements
To ensure fair and accurate assessment of warranty claims:
- Original Purchaser: Warranty support applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Proper Use: Products must be used in accordance with Bubbasafe guidelines and with reasonable care.

Exclusions and Conditions:
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Change of Mind: Including incorrect purchases or preference changes.
- Misuse or Accidental Damage: Including damage caused by improper installation, modification, neglect, or misuse.
- Normal Wear & Tear: Cosmetic wear or gradual performance changes consistence with normal use.
- Third-Party Products: Products not manufactured or branded by Bubbasafe may by their own manufacturer's warranty.
Claims Process:
If you experience an issue:

- Supporting Information: We may request photos or videos to help assess the claim.
- Assessment: In some cases, the product may need to be returned for inspection.
- Resolution: If approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
If a claim falls outside warranty coverage, return shipping costs may apply.
Additional Information:
- Gifts & Promotional Items: Items provided free of charge or as promotional gifts are not covered under the manufacturer warranty.
- Multiple Products: If registering more than one product from the same order, please include details in the Additional Information field.
- Return of Non-Covered Products: If, after assessment, a product is found to be outside the warranty scope or no fault is identified, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
